Planning Instruments

Council is currently developing a new Environmental Planning Instrument in accordance with the updated State Government requirements. This document will be known as Harden LEP 2009.
The new Environmental Planning Instrument will recognise existing land uses whilst allowing areas future growth.
It is expected that the draft Harden LEP 2009 will be placed on exhibition for public comment early 2009.
